Can you change the size of the print?


For most products we carry we should be able to resize the item to your desired specs. Please send us a message before ordering to ensure we can resize the item you're looking at.




Can I have the files you use to print?


Unfortunately no.




How long does it take to get my item?


This depends how many orders we are currently working on and how big the item is that you are looking for. Please contact us if you have any questions before you make an order.




What can I do if I have a problem with my order?


If you received a damaged item please contact us. We are here to help and will do our best to help you.




How do I take care of my item?


As with most 3D printed items you should keep it away from direct sunlight or high temperatures (like exposing it in a car for a longer period).
We recommend cleaning your helmet with a microfiber cloth or paper towel.




Can I return or exchange my item?


Unfortunately no. Because all of our products are made to order, we are not able to accomodate returns or exchanges. If you have an issue with the item you have received, please reach out to us to discuss it.
